Required Qualifications may be associated to the Header and/or Line of a Template, Date Meter Policy and Work Order. When a person is added to the Header or Line of any of these forms, TAG compares the Required Qualifications to the Skills and Certifications for the person. If they are different, a warning message is issued stating the person does not match the Skills and/or Certifications required.
To access the Required Qualifications option, click the button controlling the Header or Line information on the form and find the option. To create an entry in the Required Qualifications, position to a new line and select the Type of Qualification; either Skill or Certification then tab to the Code field. When the Skill Type is selected, drilling down in the Code field will produce the user defined Skill Codes from which to choose. When the Type is selected is Certification, drilling down on the Code field will provide the user defined Certification Codes from which to choose.
Removing an entry from the Required Qualifications may be accomplished by positioning to a line and pressing F4 or right clicking your mouse and selecting the Delete option.
